How to Order

Several Ways to Order

	Use our secure online store to shop our products and send us your order. We can accept payment via Paypal and Credit Card or you can send us your order and let us know how you will be sending payment.
	Custom Order through our online contact form or send us your comments/questions.
	If you prefer to talk to us personally you can order Toll Free by phone/fax. Call 1-888-612-9828. If we're unable to take your call, please leave your number so we can phone you back.
	GIFTS: If you would like us to send your order as a gift, please mention this in the comments section at the bottom of the shopping cart order page, along with shipping address and name of recipient. We will mail the invoice and receipt to you and add a Bjewelled Artisan Designs gift card in your name along with the gift.

Payment and Delivery

We accept payment by PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. If you choose to pay with PayPal you can use your PayPal account to send money or if you do not have a PayPal account you can choose to pay using your credit card. PayPal has a world renowned secure system in place for payment processing.

We offer Standard, Xpress Post or Priority Post for Canadian customers (see rate table below). For US customers we ship Standard Post. If you would like faster shipping, please note that in the comments with your order and we will contact you about shipping rates. For international orders, we have included an approximate shipping rate which can be adjusted when we are processing your order.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping. Canadian customers will be charged GST on their purchase and British Columbia customers will be charged PST and GST. All orders will be confirmed prior to final processing and will include applicable taxes and shipping so that the customer can approve the total price before pressing the final checkout button.

How our Shopping Cart Works

Our handcrafted and custom designed jewellery pieces are showcased using a shopping cart system. Simply browse through our product pages and click on the picture or the details link to see more information and a larger picture of that product. If you like what you see, click on the "BUY" button to start the order process. A form will popup showing that you have placed an item in your shopping cart and the total price for that product in Canadian funds not including the shipping charges and applicable taxes. From this point you can choose to "continue shopping" or go through the "checkout" procedure to send us your order.

When you have finished shopping, just click on the "checkout" button to begin the ordering process. You will be taken to an information form where you will be required to enter your name, address, phone and email information. Note that fields marked with an asterisk are required fields and don't forget to include the area code for your phone number.

Once you have entered your contact information, you need to select a payment method.

PayPal: If you chose PayPal as your payment method when you click on checkout you will be taken to the PayPal secure payment form which will show the amount owing (with shipping and taxes if Canadian) and you will be able to enter your credit card information or login to your PayPal account and approve payment from there. When you click on checkout, the order will be sent to us over a secure connection and you will receive a confirmation email.

Credit Card: If you chose credit card as your payment method when you click on checkout you will be taken to a secure form where you can enter your credit card information. After one last confirmation page, your order will be sent and you will receive a confirmation email. We will manually process your credit card for the amount owing when we ship the item.

EMail: With this method when you click on checkout you will be taken to a final total form (showing shipping and applicable taxes if Canadian) where you can click to send the order. There is no opportunity in this form to enter your credit card info. You can phone us with your credit card information or you may pay by certified cheque or money order. You will be asked to choose a method of payment when we contact you to confirm your order.

Shipping Information

Taxes and Shipping
GST (Goods and Services Tax) applies to orders from Canadian Customers. PST (Provincial Sales Tax) will be charged to British Columbia Canada customers only. Shipping will be determined by location and cost of items purchased and is calculated after the customer has filled out the first form page with shipping destination and contact information. See table below for Canadian and US shipping destinations. For Canadian residents the final total will show the applicable tax and shipping cost, for US residents the final total will include shipping. For International destinations, we will show an estimated shipping cost and contact you with actual shipping amount prior to processing.

Our shipping is based on a flat rate for the first item with a small amount for each item added after that. We combine shipping to save you money on your total order. These shipping rates assume typical orders

Please note: These shipping rates assume typical orders. Large quantity or heavy packages will result in increased shipping fees, lighter items may be less expensive.
