We Guarantee our Products

Purchases from BJewelled Artisan Designs have a 30-day guarantee for workmanship for normal wear. "Normal Wear" does NOT include: wearing jewelry items while participating in sports or other physical activities that may cause breakage of stones or separation of stringing materials.

Beauty and a long life for any jewelry depend on the care given it over time.

Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may RETURN or EXCHANGE it within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us toll free at 1-888-612-9828 to make arrangements and let us know what you would like to do.

Custom Orders

BJewelled Artisan Designs offers a Custom Order service so that we can better help you express your unique personality and style. Simply go to the contact us page and fill in the details of your item including………date, length, colors, stones, metal allergies, etc and we will create your one-of-a-kind masterpiece!

Sizing of Bracelets and Anklets: Measure your wrist or ankle and allow one extra inch for the space the beads take up.

Custom order items normally require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT or  PRE-PAYMENT.
Please do not hesitate to contact us about specifications and delivery times for Custom Order items that you require.

Returns and Damaged Shipments

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept unworn, undamaged returns for exchange within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be accompanied by original receipt and must be sent by registered, insured mail.

In addition:

• Returns must be authorized by BJewelled Artisan Designs prior to return.
• Returns must be packed in a sturdy package or carton.
• Returns made without authorization or not sufficiently packaged may be refused.
• Items returned from outside Canada must be clearly marked as PREVIOUSLY CLEARED GOODS RETURNING TO CANADA on all customs documents and associated paperwork. If this is not done, any tax and duty we must pay to receive these goods will be deducted from your return.
• All shipping and insurance costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
• Returns made within fourteen (14) days will be refunded (excluding shipping charges).
• Returns made within thirty (30) days will be credited toward future purchases.
• Returns made after thirty (30) days may incur a usage fee of 20% per mo.

Damaged Shipments:

We package our jewelry with care; however, if an item arrives damaged please notify us immediately so we can rectify the problem.

• ALWAYS INSPECT shipments BEFORE you sign for them. If you notice that a shipment is damaged, opened, or has been tampered with in transit, note your observations on the carrier's paperwork when you receive it.
• You must contact the carrier immediately and file a claim if a shipment is damaged, opened, or tampered with in transit.
• Some carriers require that you not open a shipment before they inspect it as a damaged goods claim. At the very least, retain all cartons and packaging materials until after an inspection of the damaged shipment has been made by the carrier.

Privacy Policy:

At BJewelled Artisan Designs, we respect and value your personal privacy. When you buy a product from us, this privacy policy is part of the sales agreement. We provide this Online Privacy and Security Statement because you have the right to know what information we collect, how it is protected, and how it is used.

We collect only the Personal Information you voluntarily provide to us. "Personal Information" means your name, shipping and/or mailing address, telephone number, email address and credit card account number. We do not store any credit card information on our web server or on any computer connected to the internet. We do not collect email addresses when you use the Email-A-Friend feature or when you contact us via email.

We do not share your personal information with any other companies for the purpose of email or third party marketing. We do not believe in spamming our clients/customers.

Cookies:

We do use cookie technology. Cookies are pieces of information placed on your computer by our web server. These cookies are used for shopping cart identification, referral tracking and to keep track of your order while you are shopping. Cookies automatically expire after you have left our site. If you choose you can have your system save a cookie for your next shopping visit so you don't have to enter your shipping information again.
